Robust Flow from Unwanted

It is a strong cultural habit of thought to complain when some event occurs that we very much do not want: serious injury, death of a loved one, a job that does not come through and more. That habit might include, “Poor Me!”

Tuning Into the Journey of Our Life

We tune into the journey of our lives more and more and make the “get there” less of a focus. Everything we want is to feel good now, feel better now, following that leads us to a satisfying process of living.
