Sustain Focus, Get Happy, Manifest Results

Wow we want to have more personal power! What is the formula? Sustain our focus on Good, allow our spirits to rise and watch as things we want appear.

Many of us have experienced employment situations where a supervisor treated us unfairly and suppressed our talents and recognition of them.  We can feel like we have no power to shift the situation—or maybe moving to other employment is the only approach. That is an option.

If we merely change employment we take our point of view with us. Instead we can teach ourselves how to activate personal power and show ourselves how we create our life no matter the outside circumstances. Here is how one woman got pay off.

Trusting Ease, Diptych two 30 x 40s, $1200

At First

Reeni worked as a biologist on a research project.  As the story begins our star felt frustrated and depressed by the attitudes and actions of her immediate supervisor. He would dictate the rules and the assignments, stifle independence in projects, and limit expression of creativity.  On day it hit her, : Hey this Man is a bully!”

Change Process Over Years

About six years ago she  started to increase her focus on Good, and use teachings in this blog. Diving in, she began paying attention to how she felt and uplifting her mood as she could. This dear woman attended like minded groups for support (see Events on the stream of yes website) and listened to recordings. Most importantly Reeni paid attention to what she was feeling moment by moment, soothed herself regularly.

Reeni discovered how talented she was in creating jewelry and other crafts. This use of her time felt great in itself. Then over the next several years our star took what she made to community markets, house parties and the like, gaining recognition and respect. The more she put forth her merchandise, the more she found customers. Word of mouth kicked in and her sales kept increasing.

At Work with a Smile

At her job Reeni contributed much and enjoyed her coworkers. In the wider environment of her organization her crafts became known and were purchased by many. More customers and more respect flowed to her.

Incrementally, her self esteem got higher and higher.  C gained power to master her reactions to her supervisor, to diffuse unkind comments and ignore his controlling manner. More and more quickly R recovered her sense of fun.

During this period she hunted for other employment and took other inspired actions. She felt more and more in charge of her own fate. When Reeni felt discouraged, she found ways to uplift her thoughts. Over this span of time, R became a stronger renewed woman. So many habits of thought changed which have stayed with her going forward! Our star changed her life.

The Pop

After about four years her employment situation popped. A meeting was called by her boss’s boss, and then the three parties talked together. During that exchange her supervisor bedgered our heroine right in front of his boss.

In a matter of days, it was announced her boss not only had resigned but had his last day and was gone.

Our protagonist received a promotion, a raise and interesting work.  During the evolution of the situation, she won the respect of the “higher ups.”  Since that time the leadership has recognized her and treated her as a valued employee.

Reeni practiced a new vibration to feel happier, gained self-confidence and now has more fun more of the time.  Wow what a cool payoff to earn a greater salary while more freely expressing her talents!

Do you have a story to tell? Perhaps one with slow and steady wins the race application of these tools and attitudes? Please comment!
