Building Trust in the Good in Life

Let’s trust life a bit more and allow for a positive Flow of Good. We can witness a brief beat of life and create a cautionary prediction. Instead, let’s increase our consciousness of what we project forward, ensuring more and more that we attract what we DO WANT. We can stay more relaxed and let our good vibration carry us more than perhaps we have trusted in the past.

Story #1

Mary Katharine convened an Abraham Hicks support group where advocates came together to discuss how they align with Good and trusting their lives more and more.

One day someone new to both the group and the AH teachings attended. This person began to listen and expressed some resistance to what we were putting forth.

The new one started to contradict MK and argue. In her mind Mary K joked with herself that she would be wise to practice trusting the Flow of Good right now, even though she felt a whisper of fear arise. Our star kept breathing and remained calm and open.

Within two beats regular members of the group spoke to contradict the newcomer, articulating a knowledgeable and calm response.

Immediately the resister backed off and the tone in the room shifted. MK had been defended without any effort on her part. She relaxed.

Story #2

Clarisse twisted her ankle while moving around some furniture. Yes, she was in pain. She stopped to apply some energy healing. She slowed down in participating in this project instead of ignoring her pain.

  1. Consciously she stayed in the moment, attending to her body and what was needed for the endeavor.
    1. No she did not tell herself that she would suffer and be limping around for days. Instead, she flowed along and the next day her ankle returned to health. She had healed overnight.

Story #3

Darleen came into the meeting room and took a spot in an empty row. In past gatherings that had been where she sat next to a friend. Still she felt relaxed and easy about where she settled.

Soon she looked around herself and spied that the row behind her was filled with her buddies from past meetings. Another observed, “You are sitting all alone.”

D stayed relaxed; she was fine.

Within two minutes others arrived and soon the row was filled with people she enjoyed.

D was struck with the insight: “Wow good thing she had skipped any emotional reaction to that prediction of her aloneness—for heaven’s sake it was changed for the better very quickly. Life flows! I bet I can skip emotional reaction much more in life.” She matched the vibe of the Forces of Good and got supportive circumstances.

Have fun with noticing your thoughts and experimenting with greater optimism. Play with the power of focus to direct yourself toward outcomes you prefer.
