Let’s bring more awareness to what we do with our attitude and vibration when we have some kind of physical disharmony.
Most of us have experienced unwanted physical conditions, injuries and the like. At first, we are likely to focus on the actions to take – what to physically do, whether running for antiseptic and bandages or calling for medical professionals. Then when we can settle, we notice to where our thoughts have wandered…. and remediate when those thoughts don’t feel good.
A Look at Dorothea’s Approach
Dorothea’s leg felt heavy, a recurring condition for her. In her case no immediate medical intervention was needed.
Fortunately, our star was not experiencing pain. Still, D required some concentration to recall Well Being Pouring Down Around and Through.
She could feel habitual questions in the periphery of her mind. “What caused this?” “What did she need to do?” With those thoughts she would feel anxiety, worry, inadequacy.
Instead, Dorothea wanted to bask in her Faith that All was Well. Appreciate how well she still felt, how she took her daily walk easily and worked well at her part time gardening job.
Yes in her past, our heroine had behaved like many do in our culture: We notice a condition, we judge it – perhaps “not good”, we feel upset, we review it a lot.
Alternatively, D wanted to soothe herself and put focus on enjoying her life. What can I appreciate right now even with this heavy leg?
Dorothea envisions, “Hey what beautiful weather, sunny skies, moderate temperatures! I use my free time to pursue creative expression; I bask in many chrysanthemum’s blooming, a vase of multi-colored roses, how good the yoga feels.”
She recalls:
- Recovery is already well underway. Revitalization is rising up in the mist of discomfort.
- Lessons on healing easily come to us. The additional rest promotes health.
- We can use our focus to visualize and experience my leg as whole and perfect now.
- Discomforts in life are not only to be expected but provide fuel for growth.
- In fact, feeling uncomfortable means positive expansion coming.
- Time moves and new opportunities show up.
D allowed improvement bit by bit and kept her mind on enjoying her now.

Today G relishes the experience of being able bodied. Sometimes she moves slowly and enjoys some new perspectives that accompany that pace.
As maintenance, this restored being tunes into her connection to Source Energy each morning, does yoga daily along with her exercising. Frequently through her day this empowered one deepens her trust in Well Being and the Forces of Good.
