Jin Shin Jyutsu Self Help teaches us how to get relief for all manner of discomforts and conditions. Here are some successes to consider:
The woman with chronic acne: She learned to apply her own hands—palming her calves with arms crossed. She did this each evening as she watched the news. After a relatively short period of time (couple of weeks), the condition turned around and she got rid of chronic acne to her delight!
I was cooking at a friend’s house. One of her pans looked like one my mother had. Unfortunately, her pan’s handle heated up ( my mother’s had not!), and I grabbed the pot of boiling water with my bare hand. I got a significant burn! That evening I crossed my hands, placing one on each of my calves. I stayed that way for over an hour listening to music. The next morning I had no burn.
A woman in her 20’s learned JSJ Self Help for choking. The next day she was eating an apple in her car, and a bite lodged in her throat while she drove. She could not breathe. She pulled over and then crossed her arms placing one hand on the inside of the knee joint. The stuck fruit flew out of her mouth, and she gratefully drew a breath.
Attend the March program to get an overview of this art and to learn many self help protocols for variety of conditions! All are welcome!
